Being the key component of the power supply system in satellites,Its life and reliability is an important factor affecting the life of the satellite's solar cell.Accurate assessment and prediction of the changes of the performance is important on theoretical and practical significance of the failure to avoid the occurrence.In recent years,Research on satellite power concentration is more concentrated on the prediction life and reliability of Lithium battery.The study ways are based on degradation model.The reduction and prediction the life of the solar cell is less,and the influence of the lithium battery on the solar cell is relatively rough,and the research on the other parts of the power supply system is scarce.This article search power supply system of satellite in the context.Due to the current study of the power supply system mostly based degradation model,this paper use the current data of the power system of the actual observation and the satellite power system is analyzed based on the basis of multivariate statistics and time series.The main work of this thesis is:(1)First of all,it uses the canonical correlation analysis model to analyze electricity of the solar cell and the other part's electricity of power supply,to judged correlation of two variables;then the correlation of 6 surface currents of solar cells is obtained by calculating the covariance matrix and the output correlation diagram,correlation coefficient is less than 0.3,which indicates that the correlation degree of the 6 surface current is weak.Finally it based on the test of variance the two populations to consider the influence of the lithium battery on the solar cell and the current of the solar cell is divided into 2 populations according to the failure time of the lithium battery.The test results of P value are obtained by R program:P value of Battery1,2,3,4,5,6 is 0.0228,3.033e-05,0.8293532,0.01297,0.67585,7.713e-06.It can be seen that the Lithium has influence on the battery 1,2,4 and 6,but it has no effect on the battery 3 and 5.(2)Using the operation of satellite solar cell current data analyses quantitative explore for reliability of the battery,the ARIMA model is established to analyze the data of solar cell current.Based on the above time series model,this model has finished the prediction of performance degradation volume and established the reliability equation.Lithium has influence on the battery 1,2,4 and 6,so they selected sample data for solar cell lithium battery after the failure of the data.The sample data of 3,5 solar cell solar cell for all data.The validity and feasibility of the method is verified by an example and the reliability of life data is verified.
