| By 2012,the top ten major river systems and lakes,31% and 39% of the fresh water can’t reach drinking water quality requirements.At the same time,due to wetlands,coastal,lake,Riverside and other natural ecological space continued to decline,reducing water conservation capacity and damaging the entire aquatic environment.Under conditions of severe water quality situation,how to protect the safety of people’s daily consumption of water,becomes a key issues of the water industry that must be resolved.However,water coagulant dosing as the key link of water production process,will become very important.Currently,the net domestic water using conventional water purification process,and low degree of automation and intelligence.To realize the people’s drinking water requirements,water purification plants to solve this problem by increasing the dosage of an inevitable way.However,this approach will result in a waste water coagulant.This paper designs water coagulant dosing control system,through the study of intelligent control algorithm.Under the premise of ensuring water quality to meet the requirements,the intelligent control system to achieve the goal of reducing the dosage.The main contents are as follows:(1)After waterworks actual production data were analyzed,the results show that the key factors affecting water administration is part of the coagulation of the raw water temperature,turbidity of raw water,raw water flow.The actual site data is used to model parameter modification coagulant dosing,and ultimately determine realistic system model of the waterworks.(2)By analyzing the fuzzy control and BP neural network algorithm,find the following two characteristics:(1)Fuzzy control in the actual production process control although the control accuracy is not high,but its reasonable control trend;(2)The drawback of BP neural network is trained off-line training process larger sample constraints,and easily trapped in local minimum.Therefore,this paper combines fuzzy control with BP neural network,Improve the control precision and reduce the defects of BP neural network easily into local minimum,and applied to water purification system of coagulant dosage.(3)Write BP neural network algorithm and fuzzy BP neural network algorithm using MATLAB software program,and its used to approximate the complex nonlinear function.By analyzing the simulation curve approximation,the results show that the fuzzy BP neural network algorithm than the BP neural network algorithm has higher control precision and stronger generalization ability.The actual operation data is for the virtual system simulation.The virtual system design consists of two parts: designs fuzzy BP neural network algorithm controller and build LabVIEW virtual lab environment.Virtual control results show that the fuzzy BP neural network algorithm with high feasibility. |
