In recent years,trend of coal-fired power plants in order to adapt to the increasingly tight supply of coal,so it can not ensure that using the designed coal,and the difference of different parameters of coal fired boiler,burner cannot operate in a reasonable state,coking,water wall boiler combustion device with high temperature burning,metal deformation at high temperature and water wall rupture such phenomena often occur.How to use the reform to adapt to the continuous changes in the production of coal quality,has become an urgent issue.The thermal power plant boiler is usually used as coal combustion power,so the coking problem is tough.The principle of research on boiler slagging and exploration in theory,familiar with boiler coking caused by law,take appropriate technical measures and management methods to prevent the harm of boiler,it has practical significance for long,and continuously explore new technology and method innovation of the boiler to prevent slagging also provide a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation.In view of this situation,in-depth study of the node slag boiler burner burner,through the transformation,strengthen quality factor analysis,reduce the jet deflection,ensure the aerodynamic field in furnace balance,strengthen the operation and management and other means to solve the boiler safety accidents caused by frequent coking problem.And give the imaginary tangential firing operation of coal-fired power plants to provide reference,also provide reference for the operation mode of boiler firing lignite.
