China is the largest energy producer and consumer in the world.With the development of clean and renewable energy,the energy consumption conditions of production and living has significantly improved.However,energy development still faces challenges like enormous energy demand pressures,high proportion of fossil energy,energy supply constraints,severe damage of ecological environment,backward energy technology and so on.As an important field of energy,the development of smart grid will play an important role in the energy transition.Smart grid is the most significant technological change of power industry in the 21 st century,which provides a solid foundation for the transform of energy exploitation and consumption through large-scale energy storage technology,ultra long-range ultra-large-scale transmission technology,information network technology and intelligent control technology,as well as the deep integration with epc system network and Internet.Construction of smart grid innovation demonstration zone will play an important role on the technology innovation,ideas spread and mode demonstration,and significantly improve the social economic and environmental benefits.The planning and evaluation of smart grid innovation demonstration zone is a complex project covering many systems and fields.Flexibility and self-healing are the most important features of smart grid,this paper focus on these two points and research on the comprehensive assessment of energy Internet,multi-energy supply-linkage system and switch configuration meeting the requirement of self-healing respectively.The main work is as follows:The evaluation index system is established based on the stakeholders participation and influence of smart grid demonstration zone energy internet from five aspects as economic,energy,environmental,social and engineering.Combining the interpretative structural model and AHP analysis,a comprehensive assessment method considering the mutual influence of each index is proposed.Based on the supply and response model of multi-energy in smart grid innovation demonstration zone,the multi-energy supply-demand linkage system model focused on two kinds of energy routers is established,as well as the supply-demand strategy from the supply and demand side respectively.According to the operation mode of multi-energy supply-demand system,the functional components,software architecture and control strategies of the energy routers is designed.Taking the requirement of economy,reliability and self-healing into consideration,the multi-objective switch configuration optimization of smart grid innovation zone is proposed.In order to reflect the requirement of self-healing,the indexes of the self-healing ability of smart grid are proposed from the aspects of self-healing time,user and load.The block algorithm of load self-healing rate is also presented.Power interruption costs are added to the conventional objective function and the minimum self-healing rate constraint is added in the constraint conditions,and the binary particle swarm algorithm is improved by adjusting the inertia coefficient and learning factor to solve the switch configuration optimization issues.The validity and reasonableness of the method and model is verified by an example.
