In order to optimize the design of doubly-fed asynchronous wind turbine and reduce the electromagnetic harmonic,in the same time decrease motor vibration and noise,the target is improve the overall performance of the motor.the slot combination analysis of double-fed asynchronous wind-driven generator is present on this paper.The analytical method of slot combination about DFIG is introduced on the paper.with related to subject of slot combination the motor,structures of stator and rotor are analyzed firstly,then the assessment for the various parameters is calculated on this paper by using the quantitative method,in the same time the actual testing data analysis was counted as a whole process,the experience is also determinate and apply in the design of actual motor.the analytical approach of DFIG obey the traditional design rules,however due to wound rotor of DFIG contains brush and slip ring,its needs mechanism analysis and assessment specially.Firstly,the running mechanism of the doubly-fed wind drive generator is introduced on this paper,based on its mathematical model of the three-phase static coordinate system was analyzed,and it's voltage,flux linkage and motion equations are obtain,then simplify it to the two-phase synchronous rotating coordinates,the corresponding equation of voltage,flux and motion analogically,further we analyzes its working principle,drawing doubly-fed asynchronous wind turbine energy flow,and then analyzes the electromagnetic harmonic of wind turbines with doubly-fed asynchronous Fourier pulse vibration magneto motive force after discretization.Secondly,this paper research on slot combination base on reduce the electromagnetic vibration and optimize the synchronous torque,all above were discussed on this paper respectively,the principle relation base on slot combination is obtain accordingly.In the end,one double-fed asynchronous wind-driven generator is introduced with harmonic electromagnetic field mathematical analysis,and its mathematics model is established,the key point is analysis of the tooth harmonic distribution,the electromagnetic analysis of visual programming language by software of Easy Language and ANSYS Maxwell is achieved finally.base on various solutions of slot combination with the harmonic calculation,the solution of DFIG slot combination is obtained.one prototype of DFIG motor is design following the slot combination rule as method discussed before on this paper.by test experience of lock-rotor vibration,the evaluation of the feasibility of the slot combination relationship is proved reasonable after prototype achievement,it is verified the slot combination relationship is meaningful for DFIG engineering.
