Application And Research Of Post Grouting Technology For Post-inserted Reinforcing Cage Boredpiles

The post-grouting technology can improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation and reduce the settlement,reduce the cost and save the time,and the economic benefit is considerable.Therefore,the application of post-grouting technology is very promising.However,people have different understanding of the principle and effect of post grouting technology.At the same time,manuals,specifications and other reference books have a larger range of parameters for the design of post grouting.Engineers often fail to determine the key parameters such as increasing multiples in the design of post-grouting for pile foundation,thus resulting in waste.In this paper,through the analysis of influence factors of bearing capacity and grouting mechanism analysis of pile foundation,combined with the engineering example of post-grouting technology for post-inserted reinforcing cage boredpiles the common problems and measures in the construction of slurry in detail.The numerical simulation of post-grouting is carried out by the finite element method,and the effect of post grouting technology on the improvement of the bearing capacity of single pile and the settlement of pile is analyzed by combining the results of pile foundation load test.The main contents and achievements of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Describe the construction technology of cast-in-place pile and the method of determining the bearing capacity of pile foundation;(2)The effect mechanism of the post grouting technology to improve the bearing capacity of the single pile is studied;(3)The effect of post grouting on the bearing capacity of pile foundation and the guarantee measures of the process are put forward;(4)combined with the engineering practice,a patent for the utility model of a pile side pressure grouting valve and a method for connecting a grouting pipe and a steel cage are put forward.
