| With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,more and more cities begin to build large-scale subway construction projects.As the main part of vehicle power supply system,the pantograph’s dynamics and strength will directly affect the stability of current-collection quality.As the subway pantograph is improved through the high-speed rail pantograph,but the large number of subway lines using rigid catenary system,the rigid catenary’s height,suspension stiffness and pull-out value compared to the design of high speed railway system is different,So the changes in the working conditions of the pantograph will inevitably lead to a series of problems,such as,the pantograph-catenary matching,structural strength and reliability.In recent years,from the operation results of the major subway companies,pantograph-catenary system have been a variety of problems.Such as,skateboard and catenary abnormal wear,catenary deformation,archhead-suspension structure failure,pantograph structural cracking,etc.This paper is based on the strength of pantograph to carry out related research work.Based on the pantograph-catenary systems used in a subway line in China,through establishing the rigid-flexible mixed model and simulation analysis,the dynamic performance and strength of the pantograph are studied,as follows:Firstly,the catenary model is established by the direct modeling method.Combining with the rigid-flexible model of pantograph,the simulation model of pantograph-catenary system can be established.At the same time,the dynamic test of pantograph is carried out on the basis of pantograph and catenary hybrid simulation test platform,and the accuracy of the hybrid model is verified.Secondly,based on the subway line’s pantograph-catenary system,the dynamic height of sliding plate and the change of the contact pressure during the operation are detected by the pantograph-catenary test.Thus,the variation characteristics of contact wire height and the pantograph contact pressure load can be acquired.Then,through the analysis of pantograph-catenary tests and related literatures,this paper studies the factors related to the strength of pantograph structure.This paper put forward a more rigorous method of strength checking,and the strength check of a certain type of pantograph is carried out.At the same time,considering the contact pressure under the prestress,the vibration characteristics are analyzed based on modal analysis.According to the strength analysis and mode analysis,the weak part of the pantograph can be determined.Finally,a kind of fatigue reliability analysis method for pantograph is proposed,and the life prediction of a pantograph is carried out. |
