Wheelset drive system is a special traction force generation system for railway locomotive.With the increase of locomotive running speed,the vibration caused by line irregularity,wheel non circle and dynamic unbalance is aggravated;The increase of the speed of the AC traction motor and the variable frequency ripple of the torque further increase the vibration intensity and the dynamic load of the bearing,which directly lead to the reliability of the wheelset drive system.Rig test is an effective method for reliability study and verification.For this reason,the following work is carried out in this paper.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the wheelset drive system and the movement constraint of the installation interface are studied.The common troubles of traction gear box,traction motor,axle and wheelset are studied.The cause of vibration of axle drive system is analyzed,and the dynamic load of wheel and axle drive system caused by relative motion between wheel and frame is analyzed.Secondly,the locomotive wheelset drive system rig-test is studied to realize the axle load simulation,the traction torque loading mode,the vibration simulation load structure of the frame relative to the wheel's side roll,nod,lateral movement,ups and downs.The vibration acceleration data of several measuring points in the pure rolling test with different torque applied on the test table are analyzed,and the diversity of the vibration caused by the vibration of the bogie is explained.The torque and pulsation of the traction motor are the important vibration sources of the bogie.Then,a special study of track irregularities:the primary cause of locomotive vibration.According to the statistics of locomotive speed level and European standard,analysis and comparison of the China and American track spectrum,according to the test of excitation disposition ability,the appropriate track spectrum selection,by trigonometric function method to get space sequence of transverse and vertical track irregularity,as the numerical simulation of vibration excitation.Finally,a locomotive to establish the SIMPACK model,using the vibration of the obtained vibration simulation data of traction motor,traction gear,frame and wheelset,get the bogie vibration displacement of wheelset and axle box frame relative.By using the rigid body motion equation,the time sequence of displacement control instructions of 5 exciting load cylinders is obtained,and the preliminary data of the vibration service environment of the driving system are simulated.
