The manufacturing system has two different existing forms due to their different modes of production organization,such as Flow-Shop and Job-Shop.The Job Shop type of production organization form is more common type.In the multi-brew small batch production mode of Job Shop type flexible manufacturing system,all kinds of product parts processing technology route form complex network.When the companies design their manufacturing systems,on the one hand it expects to achieve maximum production capacity to meet the needs of the market;on the other hand it have to consider the lowest possible cost of equipment investment to avoid unnecessary waste.It is needed for scientific and reasonable design and decision making of production capacity in the planning period.This paper studies the production capacity allocation of flexible Job Shop manufacturing system from the workshop floor.Finally,the optimal capacity allocation scheme has been obtained by combined mathematical analysis with simulation optimization.The main content of this research is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the flexible Job-Shop manufacturing system,consider the capacity allocation problems under constraints of market demand and equipment utilization rate.0-1 mixed integer programming model has been established for the goal of the minimum cost.(2)In order to improve the search ability not into local optimal when to solve the integer programming problem,crossover operator and mutation operator have been improved by the cosine method.Adaptive genetic algorithm has been used for the solution of problem for the initial production capacity allocation scheme.(3)A simulation model of flexible Job-Shop manufacturing system was established based on the software of Plant Simulation 9.0.The simulation experiments are designed to analyze the rules of the influence factors on the performance index,and heuristic simulation optimization rules for the simulation have been proposed to optimize allocation scheme based on these rules.(4)Based on the research of production capacity allocation method,Visual Studio 2010 has been used to design and develop the production capacity allocation system.Finally,the actual case of the enterprise should verify the practicality of the project in the new or expansion workshop of the enterprise.Through above research and application,this paper aims to solve the long-term production capacity allocation problem of the enterprise's flexible Job-Shop manufacturing system,and provide the corresponding scientific theoretical basis and convenient decision support.
