With the comprehensive and rapid development of China's economy and technology,transportation demand is growing.Rail transit is an important aspect of transportation technology,it has high speed,large capacity,energy conservation and emissions reduction.At the same time,it is comfortable and safe.In nearly a decade,rail transit has made a astounding advances in China and at abroad.With its rapid speed of rail transit construction mileage,traffic is extremely increased.Beside the rail transit is serving the domestic economic development and people travel,its transport characteristics has also changed:transportation task has increased,the density has improved,the speed has raised.For these changes,the interaction between the wheel and rail has also increased.It has accelerated the wheels geometrics parameters change speed.Therefore,efficient and accurate wheels geometric parameters online dynamic detection is very necessary.In this thesis,the main research work and innovation include the following several aspects:1.It briefly introduces the main content of the wheel geometry parameter detection system.This thesis proposes an online dynamic tracking detection method.It mainly introduces the technical principle of measurement,based on laser triangulation and image processing technology.A non-contact and high-precision detection of the wheel tread profile is researched.The wheel geometric parameter online dynamic detection scheme is proposed based on this technology.2.Wheel tread profile image processing.It analyzes the wheel tread profile laser light image noise source and classification and use the spatial filtering and frequency domain filtering technology to deal with wheel profile image noise.An important aspect of the wheel tread profile detection is the center of the laser light extraction.This paper design a suitable algorithm to deal with this problem.The laser sensor measurement coordinate system is studied.3.It is necessary to study rail vertical displacement after realizing the wheel geometric parameters detection based on the image processing and laser senor.It analyses that rail vertical displacement effects the wheel rolling diameter detection.This paper uses simulation analysis by ANSYS to study this problem.4.According to the wheel geometric parameters online dynamic tracking detection method,it conduct experiments to verify the method.
