Gas-insulated equipment is widely used in high voltage power transmission,and gas-insulated equipment is mainly filled with SF6 gas as insulation material and arc extinguishing medium.However,when transmission equipment is in the discharge condition and failure,it will cause the decomposition of SF6 gas.It is found that the running state of insulated equipment can be judged by detecting the concentration of H2 S gas,SO2 gas and CO gas.Electrochemical sensor method is used in this paper to detect the concentration of H2 S gas,SO2 gas and CO gas,converts the gas concentration information into the electrical signal produced by the sensor,and a setector was designed.The main research contents and work are as follows:1.The working principle of electrochemical sensors and the data fusion algorithms of several electrochemical sensors are studied.2.Complete the design of the detector,including hardware and software.STM32F407 is used as main control chip of the detector.The external storage expansion can save testing data and testing system parameter information,RS232 and USB communication circuit to ensure good communication with other instrument detection equipment,the design of the LCD touch screen to provide users with good man-machine interface.The software part adopts the idea of modular design,and the features of high cohesion and low coupling between the modules reduce the complexity of the program,and it is easy to write,modify and maintain later.3.Aiming at the problem of cross interference between electrochemical sensor,using the least squares support vector regression algorithm for each sensor data fusion,and adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm for least squares support vector regression model and parameter optimization,training algorithm is realized in MATLAB,least squares support vector regression model,written calculation concentration controller.4.The temperature compensation algorithm is designed,then the detector is tested,the test shows that the detector has the characteristics of high precision and good stability.
