Ultrasonic equipment is one of the most popular and widely used diagnostic instruments,which plays an important role in the initial screening and triage.Correspondingly,the ultrasonic diagnosis system with complete functions and convenient use has become the necessary system of the hospital.At present,some domestic medical institutions,especially the single ultrasound diagnostic system used for basic hospital equipment version,can not achieve the information sharing between the various department of the hospital to check the information to other departments effectively and communicated to the hospital referral,and cannot timely check the results to patients,which will lead to the problem of information island.On the other hand,at present,of the color Doppler ultrasound equipments with the function of the three-dimensional reconstruction are mostly imported equipment,which is expensive and three-dimensional reconstruction process is complex and need to spend a lot of time.In view of this,this topic designs and develops a convenient and efficient operation regional ultrasonic diagnostic system,which is based on ordinary computer hardware equipment and the use of convenient and efficient regional ultrasonic diagnostic system,the main work is as follows:1.The stand-alone version of ultrasound workstation can realize information sharing.In order to solve this problem,the topic designs and achieves a regional the ultrasonic diagnosis system,which can realize the information sharing between different departments,users in different departments can access to patient information and read only,to ensure the normal working order in hospital.This topic improves the single thread mode of the old workstation and joins the multi-thread parallel operation.And the multi-thread can improve the diagnosis efficiency and the image storage and access speed at the same time.2.The topic realizes the information exchange of the regional level,which makes it possible to realize the information sharing,remote consultation and other inter hospital diagnosis process.3.Aiming at the problem that most ultrasound workstations can not achieve the interaction between doctors and patients,this topic realizes the function of sending the e-mail to the patient through the connection network on the system,so that doctors recommend illness and other contents to the patient without meeting with him.4.For most of the ultrasound workstation does not own the function of 3D reconstruction,only the imported equipment has the function of 3D reconstruction,the3 D reconstruction module is added in the system,which has more time saving,simpler operation,better maneuverability than the device built-in function.Through the above work,this paper provides a regional ultrasonic diagnostic system to meet the application requirements,the basic functions have required for diagnosis and add new features such as 3D reconstruction,and improved the running speed of the system by using multi-thread.
