With the rapid development of information technology,and the popularization of mobile terminals,China has been entered the "Internet +" era,and "Internet+logistics"has came into being.In order to make full use of social idle capacity resources,and avoid wasting capacity resources whice produced by separating distribution of electric business packages and city 020 packages,as well as effectively reducing the number of vehicles in transit,reducing the vehicle no-load rate,shorten the total transportation time,and better reponse to urban citizens' requirement of distribution timeliness.In this paper,breaking the traditional "single" distribution habits,considering integrating the parcel orders and temporary city 020 orders,and mixing two types of cargo transport.This paper summarizes the current Vehicle-cargos matching model,and propose the most suitable one for the "Internet+"background,called the innovative pattern of Vehicle-cargos matching(later called "innovation model"),and based on it to build a mathematical model for city distribution network and solve it.First,the article summarizes the research status of Internet-based logistics information platform,Vehicle-cargos matching mechanism and optimization of distribution network at home and abroad.Combined with the current status of the Vehicle-cargos matching opration in China,detailing summarized 5 types of Vehicle-cargos matching modle in China,and analyzes the operation process,profit model,advantages and disadvantages of each mode,and its application.On this basis,proposed "innovation model" of city distribution.Then,combined with the "innovation model" and the reality of the distribution scene(deterministic distribution needs + temporary delivery needs),to build an Internet-based city distribution network optimization model,and using the improved Tabu Search algorithm to solve VRPDPTW,and using an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the algorithm.In order to respond to the temporary distribution requirements,proposing two strategies to support the heuristic algorithm,and optimizing the distribution route in dynamic environment.Finally,appling the model and algorithm to the currunt actual scenario,optimizated city distribution network in Shanghai,reducing the delivery time and the number of vehicles in transit,to achieve the optimal allocation of transport resources.Comparing optimization results with the traditional "single" separate distribution plan,find that,Internet-based deterministic and temporary demand combined distribution can greatly shorten the total distribution time of the system,reduce the number of vehicles in transit,improve the utilization rate of social capacity resources,and reduce social logistics cost.At the same time,showing that the proposed "innovation model"has significant advantages.
