Because it has a simple structure and cheap,the three-phase asynchronous motor in the life is widely used.At the same time,with the development of society,the requirements of starting performance of the motor are getting higher and higher.For the traditional asynchronous motor,there are some problems in this,such as large starting current,which will have a great impact on the grid,and will have a lot of torque,which will be harmful for the motor,which makes the traditional starting characteristics of the asynchronous motor can not be very good to meet the requirements of the community now.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional way,this paper designs a kind of soft start device.This paper mainly introduces a kind of soft starting of digital asynchronous motor with TMS320F28335 DSP as the core.At first this paper describes the soft start at home and abroad research situation,and then the traditional way and soft start to conduct a rational comparison,and then tell the working principle of the soft starter thyristor voltage regulator circuit,and then the based on the theory,we make the simulations,four kinds of asynchronous motor start modes and make simulation comparison,In the finally we design the device of soft start of the hardware and software.In the hardware design,we mainly discuss the design of the main circuit,trigger circuit,and some voltage and current feedback and protection circuit.In the software design,we mainly used CCS3.3 TMS320F28335 development board to make some program development and design including some registers The initial design of the register,such as the design of the main program,the design of the interrupt program,the design of the trigger pulse program,and so on.At last,we analyzed the data obtained and compared with each other,and then got a soft start device with excellent startup performance.The soft start device designed in this paper is easy to operate,simple structure,normal and reliable operation and can effectively reduce the starting current and reduce the starting torque.Therefore,the soft start device can be a good way to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional start device.
