The electric control system of the test bench is the important basis for the test bench to complete the test task and meet the test requirements;it has always been one of the important topics in the development of the test bench.With the improvement of the performance of the test bench,the electronic control system put forward higher requirements,it can be said that the electronic control system directly determines the success of the test bench.The paper Combined with domestic and foreign research results and according to customer requirements to build a set of transmission test-bed electrical control system,and taking it as the research object.According to the requirement of the fast rhythm of the production line,the test stand is connected with the production line through the automatic roller;the work stations are connected in series through the roller table to improve the automation and production efficiency of the system.The advantages of the two driving modes are compared by the DC motor and the AC motor mathematical model and deduced the electromagnetic torque model,moreover The influence of voltage space vector on electromagnetic torque is analyzed,given a DTC control structure to improve the dynamic loading accuracy.The traditional DC bus structure is optimized to make the system more compact,The response and load analysis are carried out by using independent rectifier,the changing characteristics of DC bus in working condition are analyzed and The feedback rate is calculated,and the feedback rate is 65%.The cross coupling control method is used to establish the ideal dynamic model of the transmission system,aiming at the problem of load disturbance,the control strategy of controlling the rotational speed difference between wheels.Then,an improved cross coupling control method is proposed based on the advantages of master slave control,the fuzzy PID controller is designed to realize the self-tuning of control parameters,which improves the adaptability of the system to the environment.Finally,the reverse cross coupling control method is tested;the experimental results meet the design requirements,Now with the new energy vehicle gearbox test bed with the owners to use,and has passed the on-site acceptance,for enterprises to save costs and create a good effect.
