Large span space structure not only has the general characteristics of traction,and self balancing characteristics.Because the middle there is a large opening,has good applicability and can be used in the stadium.Foreign set up some of this structure,and China is just beginning to used in large area.At present,the structure of Chinese studies,less and less research structure forming technology.Tension with the same structure,the structure of the construction process is the most important aspects of the role,the structure form the more in-depth study.To simulate the forming process is simulated remote space cable structure is a necessary part.some project roofing structure using the relatively new to span cable quantity is more,and form a larger power cable.some engineering ChangWu cover for domestic biggest span and the largest number of saddle in radial line cable network structure system.As a result of these structural characteristics decided the complexity of structure forming process and forming the difficulty of the component structure,from the assembly to form structure,stiffness is zero,has strong geometric nonlinearity,the actual structure is difficult,difficult control of shape and construction will be particularly difficult.The stadium by finite element analysis software ANSYS saddle cable net structure construction simulation analysis was carried out on the whole process of construction,combining with the construction of the whole forming process of structure during the process of real-time monitoring and studying the structure of cable network from the starting position location at the end of the forming process and the changing process of various mechanical indexes,so as to continuously improve and get the optimum construction scheme.Main contents:1)analysis of lifting process,determine the scheme of structure overall forming;2)the finite element analysis model is established,in hoisting rope structure forming process of explicit dynamic analysis,get the whole process of the structure of the axial force distribution;3)tensioning structure statics analysis,get the overall distribution of axial force.
