In recent years,multi-phase motor research has become increasingly widespread in the field of motor control.As its obvious superior performance,multi-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor seems to have become a hot spot in various fields.Whether in the industrial,agricultural,military fields,multi-phase motors have become an important part of the electrical transmission technology indispensable.Among all the methods of the multi-phase motor control,the study of vector control system based on magnetic field orientation is the most common this time.The research method of space vector decoupling transform in vector control simplifies the complex control model of motor,which is more conducive to the control of motor,and it has high regulation performance,fast response speed and dynamic and static performance.As all the types in the multi-phase motor,this paper chooses the due three-phase permanet magnet synchronous motors as the research object.Based on the combination of predecessors,the paper not only analysises the dual three-phase motor internal complex magnetic field transformation characteristics and internal structure of the interaction,but also introducts a new motor control algorithm for different structures and analysis the different control performance of the different motors.Firstly,the paper briefly introduced the internal,parameter characteristics,the mathematical model and the transformation between different coordinate systems of the dual three-phase permanet magnet synchronous motors.Then it carries out a simple mathematical analysis of the different three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(phase shift 30° and 180°)of different phase-shifting.Secondly,using the simulation environment of Ansoft Maxwell 2D to build two sets of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation model with different phase shifted.It simulates the internal electromagnetic field of these two permanent magnet synchronous motors respectively in the static magnetic field,in the no-load and full-load transient magnetic field.And it compares two output results of the models such as winding self-inductance,winding flux linkage curve,inductive electromotive force and electromagnet curve.Thirdly,Then by using MATLAB simulation to establish the mathematical model of the two motors and use PI control to simulate the control performance of the motor combined with the result of electromagnetic simulation.And find out the more excellent motor structure under the same control conditions.Lastly,this paper adopts the new control method: the control method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the sliding mode observer,and simulates the control performance variation of the motor.The result of analysis is benefit for the design of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and its advanced research.
