| Suspension is the main component of vehicle chassis,and has a great influence on the ride comfort and stability of vehicle.At present,the car on the road is still carrying the traditional passive suspension,that is the classic spring-damper in the composition of suspension system.Because of the fixed springs 、 damping coefficient,passive suspension can’t meet the vehicle driving requirements for people in a complex and changeful environment.And vehicle active suspension can reduce the vibration and impact according to the road surface and body posture information in real time,using the corresponding control strategy to control the output of the actuator,at the same time achieve the body posture of real-time control.Excellent active suspension control strategy is of great significance to adjust the body posture、reduce the vibration and improve the traffic capacity of the vehicle.Therefore,the research and promotion of vehicle active suspension and its control strategy is the important subject of auto industry in China and even all over the world.With the national key research plan project " The key technology research of special chassis and suspension of high mobile emergency rescue vehicles(including fire trucks)"(2016YFC0802902)and the special fund project of Jilin province automobile industry development "Research and manufacture on inertial control technology for the car’s active suspension"(20112330),this paper studied the vehicle active suspension control strategy and verified by road tests with the home-made active suspension experiment prototype as the research object.At first this paper briefly described the vehicle suspension system and the current mainstream of active suspension control strategies,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various control strategies,and further put forward the active disturbance rejection control in the application of active suspension control and the main research content of this article;Then a simplified seven degrees of freedom model of full vehicle active suspension and random road input model were set up;Finally,an ADRC of vehicle active suspension was designed through the study of ADRC theory knowledge,and in allusion to the problem that the parameters are difficult to set,this paper used adaptive genetic algorithm to optimize some of the parameters.In order to verify the validity of the control strategy,this paper used MATLAB/Simulink software to establish the ADRC of full vehicle active suspension simulation model,analyzed vehicle riding comfort in the random road excitation and the different forms of suspension vehicle.Then,in order to further demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed active suspension controller,the road test was done using the home-made active suspension experiment prototype projects,with reference to the corresponding national standards and through the working condition of simulated random road input.Through the simulation analysis and road test result showed that,compared with the passive suspension,the effect of active disturbance rejection control of full vehicle active suspension based on adaptive genetic algorithm is remarkable in reducing body vibration、improving vehicle ride comfort and occupant comfort. |
