With the development of the technology in Supports demolishing,the green construction technology with low noise,low dust and high removal efficiency is favored by the civil industry.There is a lot noise and dust in Supports demolishing process,that will not only greatly effect the environment and hinder the implementation of the green construction technology,but also the construction cost,construction period and safety hazard are increased.A new demolishing technology for concrete waling of deep foundation pits is adopted in order to avoid impact on surrounding environment of the project and to reduce the noise of waling demolition.Meanwhile,the PVC pipes with a certain diameter were used as pre-embedded holes for the late static blasting crushing agent in concrete construction.Combing with engineering example,cracks of the support beams basically cracking completed in preset time after the injection,the rigidity of the whole support beams were divided into small pieces which could be easily removed.The practice shows that using this technology can simplify construction process,reduce the dismantling noise and shorten the demolition construction period greatly.In this paper,a new type of static blasting technique is proposed to arrange uniform holes in reinforced concrete inner beams as later blasting holes,while the overall performance of the beam with uniform openings need to be simulated by ABAQUS software.The study object is a model beam with openings that taken from the inner beams of a foundation pit.In the software,the model beam with openings is created,which the fixed constraint and the pressure load are applied at the end and top of the model in separately.The operation will end when the steel bar in the model beam reaches yield.By analyzing the load displacement curve of the model beam,the new bearing capacity can be determined.
