Suspension system is affected by the impact from the ground and begins to vibration,in order to improve vehicle ride comfort and stability,in the suspension has a damping component for the attenuation of the vibration.This part is shock absorber.When the car is running,the road roughness drive the relative motion between the two ends of the damper,the damping force consume mechanical energy and turn into heat,residual heat increase the temperature of the inner parts,and oil viscosity decrease,and it make damping force reduced also,and eventually lead to changes in vehicle suspension system vibration characteristics,so the formation of the complex influence of circulation.In addition,the raise of shock absorber temperature will accelerate the aging of oil seals and other parts,causing premature failure of shock absorber.The increase of working liquid temperature can easily cause the foam of the working fluid of the damper to cause the abnormal noise of the shock absorber.This paper puts forward the concept of using the equilibrium temperature judgment of shock absorber is to find the equilibrium temperature test and road test measurement of the shock absorber,through experiment and analysis method to find the influencing factors of the equilibrium temperature,through the MATLAB analysis of relationship between factors,to perform the in measurement and calculation of equilibrium temperature after the confirmation of design,it also can be measured after the OTS prototype,using a test rig for shock absorber continue to measure the equilibrium temperature,equilibrium temperature of the shock absorber also can measure in the road test,to avoid claim after the shock absorber put into the market,due to the equilibrium temperature is too high.In this way,we can predict the risk in advance and control the quality of the shock absorber.The above process is completed by the following aspects:First,the method of heat balance theory is proposed to judge the quality of the shock absorber.Second,through experimental method,find the factors that affect the equilibrium temperature of the shock absorber,thereby providing test methods for the follow-up analysis,at the same time after the completion of the production,it will provide a method for the analysis of the equilibrium temperature of shock absorber.Third,the measure the equilibrium temperature of the shock absorber is tested by road test.Fourth,record the temperature rise test data of shock absorber through bench test,analysis of the relationship between variables using MATLAB,setting up the relation between the variables in the shock absorber design can be used to balance the temperature will determine the equilibrium temperature in advance to the damper prototype completed.It will also be used after the production of samples,the use of the equilibrium temperature measurement methods and criteria to determine the quality of the shock absorber...
