In recent years,with the continuous development of electrical technology and electrical equipment innovation,more and more electrical components are used in the major power grid,and the inductance coil,which is the most basic compoents,is widely used.Most of the inductance components containing iron core because the high permeability of the iron core material can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of the coil.Air gap can change iron core inductor saturation characteristic,improve the utilization rate of the inductance coil and an iron core,reduce the size of the inductor and reduce the cost without changing the maximum magnetic field intensity and coercive force of the basic characteristics of foundation of the iron core inductor.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical value to study the influence of the air gap on the inductance parameters of the iron core.This paper mainly studies the influence of the length and position of the air gap on the inductance parameters of the iron core,which provides a reference for optimal design and parameter calculation.Through the analysis of the basic characteristics of the core material,and the reasersh on the effect of different air gap length iron core inductance flux distribution and gap position on the inductance characteristics of core,compared with air core inductor and iron core inductor,using ANSYS software respectively of air core inductor and iron core inductors for 3D simulation,change the size of the excitation current,simulation data and 3D graphic simulation.Through the analysis of the graphics,to obtaine the influence of air gap length and the location of the inductance of the change.Taking a small inductor as an example,the parameters of inductance coil were measured by LCR test instrument,and the fitting formula and error were obtained by curve fitting of the experimental data with Matlab software.Desige a ciruit experiment that analysis,according to the air gap length as the main experimental variables,the inductance parameter of live line measurement,measurement and charging experiments measuring the results were analyzed,and thecalculation of air core and containing iron core air gap of empirical formula is modified,to live line measurement data shall prevail,the inductance parameters along with the trend of the variation of the air gaps are analyzed and summarized.Finally in the experimental circuit in series switch K,control switch K to get the step response signal,calculate the step response time constant,the empirical formula of the correction factor for further validation.This paper describes in detail,the effects of air gaps on the inductance characteristics of core,points out that the position and the length of the air gap will affect the inductance change rate,and gives the calculation of hollow core and containing air gap inductance core modified empirical formula,to further improve the accuracy of the inductance calculations,which has great guiding significance to reduce the transformer losses and improve the safe and stable operation of power grid.
