In order to improve running reliability and intelligence operation of HV-CB,this paper has taken a 40.5kV HV-CB as the research object to present the novel electrical excitation brushless DC M-OM for HV-CB.This paper have made an intensive study on motion process and load characteristics of 40.5kV HV-CB,the motor structure layout and working principle,drive and control technology,performance of the motor and electromagnetic characteristics of dynamic operation of the motor.Finally to make prototype,set up hardware experiment platform of prototype.This paper laid a good foundation for the future of intelligent control and high-voltage circuit breaker operating and other experiments.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Movement and load characteristics of M-OM were researched and mechanical motion analysis model of M-OM was established.Corresponding relationship between drive motor and circuit breaker lever was derived.The linear motion of circuit breaker was turned into whirling motion of motor.Torque characteristics of the motion load of circuit breaker converted to the axle of the drive motor was computed,and then got the angle range of the rotor,equivalent load torque and other parameters of motor.(2)The topology structure and working principle of the prototype was researched,the magnetization and inductance characteristics were analyzed.On the basis of the above,the torque formula and torque angle characteristics were calculated.By the contrast analysis,confirming three-phase asymmetrical half bridge circuit more matching the prototype structure,and as the main power transformation circuit.Two kinds of control mode were introduced particular: pulse width modulation control(PWM)and angle control(APC).That provides theoretical basis for control system design of the prototype.(3)Using three dimensional finite element method analysis(3D-FEM)of the prototype structure characteristics and the no-load characteristics.Analysis of different exciting current for the influence of prototype operating mechanism dynamic characteristics,and to determine the optimal excitation current when the prototype operation mechanism movement.Analysis of the prototype operating mechanism dynamic characteristics of opening and closing,that prototype operation circuit breaker average closing speed is 3.15m/ s,average opening speed is 4.83m/ s,that can satisfy the demands of 40.5kV HV-CB operating mechanism of opening and closing.(4)This paper has set up the prototype operation mechanism control system hardware experiment platform which the core is TMS320F28335 data processing chip.Double closed loop control system was designed,and completed the software program compiling.Finally measured motor no-load speed and starting current data by the no-load experiment,that the prototype response quickly,to achieve steady speed very fast,excellent controllability and starting current is small.That meet the design requirements of M-OM,the prototype operating mechanism is verified the correctness of the simulation analysis.
