With the improvement of people's comfort requirements,the control of squeak and rattle is very important.Because the interior parts of the car are visible in the car,therefore,the performance of the interior has a direct impact on the evaluation of the quality of the driver.Therefore,in addition to meeting the needs of a variety of functional requirements,but also meet the requirements to prevent the occurrence of squeak and rattle.In this paper,a domestic independent brand is being developed for the study of SUV door,through digital inspection with squeak and rattle,CAE analysis of squeak and rattle and combination of squeak and rattle experiment verification.This paper presents a set of methods to control the squeak and rattle of automobile door interiors.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)In the preliminary design stage,the following work has been done for 3D digital model: First,look for potential design flaws that can cause squeak and rattle from 3D data.And make recommendations for improvement of each design defect,to eliminate the risk of abnormal sound.Then,establishing finite element analysis model and theoretical modal analysis and experimental verification are carried out.Do the CAE analysis of the squeak and rattle problem.It consist of subsystem modal analysis,analysis of squeak and rattle sensitivity of car body and the analysis of squeak and rattle danger point.The results of the first two items are used as the basis for the analysis of the third items,the location of squeak and rattle points is given by third analysis.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement of squeak and rattle danger points,and give analysis of the improved results.Combined with the analysis results,predicting the possible location of squeak and rattle.(2)In the later stage,do test of vehicle and parts in various road and laboratory,to check squeak and rattle system and parts.First of all,the subjective evaluation of squeak and rattle on the road surface is carried out.Then,the load spectrum is used to test the difference between the four columns of the vehicle and the squeak and rattle of the subsystems and components.Under the conditions of high temperature,low temperature and normal temperature,do the subjective evaluation of squeak and rattle.The innovation of this thesis lies in: in this paper,the problem of squeak and rattle of a car door system is studied,the forward development process of controlling squeak and rattle is established.Analysis and control by means of early CAE,Mainly solve the problem of squeak and rattle caused by unreasonable structure design and material compatibility.To find out the squeak and rattle point by the late real vehicle test,meanwhile the results of CAE analysis were verified by experiments.Finally,the combination of early and late control methods,this paper presents a set of methods to control the squeak and rattle of automobile door interiors.In this paper,the squeak and rattle the research and control flow can also be applied to other subsystems,and it has certain guiding significance.
