The Design Of Energy Non Dissipative Management System For Lithium Battery

This paper compares some kinds of en ergy non dissipative balanced topology plans and combines its advantage to descri be a design plan of a new non dissipative management system for lithium battery group.This system can not only monitor and protect battery group,but also improve the capacity usage ratio.The main feature of this system is that the energy will be stored in super capacitor bank,which is used in the managing battery group process.And it can prolong the cruising ability of battery group,for the stored energy’s supplement,in some proper conditions.The system this paper discusses is based on the high perform ance chip,STM32F107VCT6,as the master chip.And the information of the battery group and capacitor bank,such as the voltage,current,and tem perature and so on,can be delivered by CAN and TCP/IP,and showed in upper monitor.At the meantime,this system can protect the battery group prope rly,by data analysis and processing,formulating equilibrium strategy,and calculation of battery charge state,SOC.The data infor mation of battery group a nd capacitor bank can be mainly received from the monitoring m anagement unit of ha rdware circuit design.The flexible C language programming can actualize the da ta communication,equilibrium strategy,and SOC.Upper m onitor C#,the WinForm platform based onVisual Studio 2010,can reach the data presentation.This upper m onitor can observe the working condition of all batteries,sim ply and directly.By the observing the changing of the voltage,current,and temperature,it can find the error state in tim e and take measures to prevent the battery group from damaging.Strict monitoring for the lithium battery group can prevent lithium battery monomer from damaging and prolong the working life of the whole battery group.On the another hand,it can protect the car’s safety.The new energy non dissipative management system for lithium battery group,this paper described,is m ore suitable for pure el ectric cars,for its large specific power of super capacitor bank.And it can satisfy the need of Instant start and quick charge of pure electric cars.This paper’s system design can not only protect and m anage the battery group,but also expand into hybrid power management.But this paper doesn’t discuss the latter one.
