| In our country,the railway transportation plays a vital role in the development of the national economy,it is also China’s major passenger and freight transportation.High-speed rail era has brought a new opportunity to leapfrog development for China’s railway construction,China’s high-speed trains are running around the world.China’s railway line has sped up 6 times to meet the growing demand for passenger and freight transport.Because of the objective existence of the orbital irregularity and the coupling mechanism between the wheel and the rail,the wheel set is under the condition of high speed and heavy load,and it is also subjected to the dynamic change force and vibration from the track and the vehicle body,so the wheel set’s condition becomes more and more worse,its performance has a direct impact on the operation stability and ride comfort,even the occurrence of overturning,derailment and other accidentsBut the actual running test is costly,long test cycle,and risky.Therefore,research and development of roller and vibration test system for wheel set,is our first choice,it can carry out various tests to detect the performance of the wheel product,optimize the product design and process,improve the safety and reliability of train.This paper presents a high-speed train wheel set test system based on the relationship between wheel set and rail,the equations of wheel set and rail motion are established,and then we can analyze the relationship between the two effects.The design scheme of the track simulation device and the wheel set load simulation device is studied,and the optimal scheme is selected through the comparison of the degrees of freedom,the cost and the floor space.The study by Solid Works for 3D modeling of mechanical parts and use simulation finite element to analysis of main stress components of the simulation of dynamic and static strength analysis.The data in stress is compared with the allowable stress to verify that the design meets the requirements.In this study,we design the circuit diagram of the hydraulic system,the main components of hydraulic system are calculated and selected.We can get the expression of every actuator by using the method of inverse kinematics when the track wheel and the weight vehicle are in target pose.We use ADAMS to simulate the movement of the platform in the specified motion posture,and get the actuator expansion curve to verify the correctness of the model established by Matlab. |
