The future development tendency is the flexible energy and display devices which can be used in the wearable electronic devices,electronic newspapers,wrist mobile phones,curved screens and frontiers including other flexible small tools.While designing an energy storage system with long-term stability,efficient power transmission ability and great flexibility remains a challenge to us.Compared with other energy storage systems,flexible super capacitor has its own advantages in many aspects,among which is that it can be integrated in different flexible devices,which makes great efforts to promote the development of flexible electronic devices.The graphene,has great characteristic of flexibility and electronic,is a very stable structure of the electrode material.The PPY is a kind of conductive polymer that can be easily compounded and has advantages of low cost,reversible redox,good flexibility.PPY is an ideal conducting material.The electrolyte with characteristics such as high conductivity and wide electrochemical stability window is the key factor that improves the performance of flexible supercapacitor.Because of the stability and the film-processing ability of PVA,gel polymer electrolyte based on PVA has great ion-conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance,thus attracting extensive attention.Basing on the manufacture of the flexible supercapacitor,this thesis study of the preparation of electrode structures on the flexible substrate –PVC,then we used ANSYS to simulate the electric field and the capacity of the flexible electrode,and research of the electrolyte and membrane electrode materials which are key of the flexible supercapacitor.In the experiments,we combine PPY with graphene to get the composite electrode materials and studied its performance parameter.We also got a new style PVA-KOH-KSCN-EG gel polymer electrolyte whose electric conductivity is 1.61×10-2S/cm under the optimum proportion.In order to improve the performance of the flexible supercapacitor,we studied how to increase the electric conductivity and the electrochemical stability window and the compatibility of this new material and the electrode.Finally,sample of the flexible super capacitor was obtained by assembling the membraneelectrode and gel polymer electrolyte.Tests and analysis were made to get the cyclic voltage current characteristic,impedance characteristic,charge-discharge characteristic,self-discharge characteristic,power performance and temperature property.The intrinsic resistance of the flexible super capacitor sample is 1.5?,the specific capacitance is 27.4mF / cm~2,the voltage holding ratio is 87%,the energy density is 0.038Wh/m~2,and the power density is 13.7W/m~2 under the optimum proportion,and good performance was demonstrated within the temperature range of-30?~60? in that specific proportion.
