| Perovskite solar cells have been considered as the representative of the third generation solar cells,in which with organic-metal halide perovskite structure have been used as light absorption,photoelectric conversion,optical carrier transport materials,and research workers have paid attention to the perovskite solar cells because it is very cheap.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has raised from the initial 3.8%to 19.8%,so perovskite solar cells have shown a good application prospect.Now,organic molecules(such as Spiro-OMeTAD)with relatively expensive and lower stabilityhas has been considered as hole-transporting material of the perovskite solar cells.However,cuprous iodide has some good advantage,such as good stability,lower price.In this paper,nano titanium dioxide,cuprous iodide,isopropyl titanate,self-made homemade high-performance ammonium methyl iodide and methyl iodide have been as perovskite solar cells based on cuprous iodide have been fabricated and the related research have been carried out by SEM,XRD,Infrared analysis,thermal analysis and so on.hydrogen iodide and methylamine were used as raw material,high-performance ammonium methyl iodide was synthesized using hydrothermal method.The effect of annealing temperature and holding time on Organizational structure and microscopic morphology were researched effectively.The result shows that the annealing temperature is 2℃,holding time of 3 hours,ammonium methyl iodide morphology has good stability.Isopropyl titanate was raw materials,compact layer was prepared by thermal decomposition process,the organization structure have good characterization with uniform distribution and controllability,thermal decomposition temperature is 420℃,titanium dioxide particle of compact layer is uniform distribution on the conductive glass surface.Mesoporous aluminium oxide layer was successful fabricated by low-temperature solution spin coating process and the spin speed was 2000 r/min,and glue was 20 SEC,under the process,mesoporous aluminium oxide was uniform distribution,thickness was the same.Methylammonium iodide lead absorption layer was prepared by using the low temperature solution and two step spin coating processing.The result shows thatthe spin speed of 3000 r/min,and gel time of 30 SEC,annealing temperature is 100℃,organization structure size of methylammonium iodide lead is moderate,which can effectively achieve long charge transfer time.Finally,base on the Inorganic Cuprous Iodide as hole conductor materials,perovskite solar cells was assembled by low temperature solution coating,and its open circuit voltage was 0.72 V,short circuit current was 20.33 mA/cm2,fill factor was 66.02%,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was 9.66%. |
