With the rapid development of nuclear science,the application of the nuclear science had became more and more wider,which bring us great benefits.However,the use of nuclear also brings great threat to our society,such as nuclear material leak,nuclear terrorist attack and the lost of nuclear material,which have already happened in the world.Thus the method of nuclear detection could be very important and useful.So far,traditional analysis methods of radioactive nuclide is still based on the analysis on spectrum because of the effect of noise,the accuracy of this way could be really low.Thus,it could be of great importance to do the research of high-efficiency nuclear detection methods.In this paper,we put great forcus on the restructuration and decomposition method and its realization of weak pulse of nuclear signal based on the sparse representation.The details of the works are shown as below.In the case of strong non-stationary and time-varying noise,the SNR of the weak nuclear signal is quite low.By analysis the methods of traditional nuclear signal detection,combining with the classical matching pursuit and regular matching pursuit algorithm,and the characteristic of nuclear signal both in time domain and frequency domain.We proposed the decomposition methods and restructure algorithm based on the sparse representation method.Firstly,we develop a very effecient model of the separation of signal and noise,and then,we use the characteristic of nuclear signal to build Gabor redundant dictionary with self-adaptation,and based on the Gabor redundant dictionary and regular matching pursuit(OMP)to reconstruction the signal.We design and build a platform for nuclear detection and design two different experiment.The realization of nuclear signal pulse based on the detection platform and regular matching pursuit algorithm.By analysis and processing of the signal,to testify the methods of detection and algorithm is efficiency in the aspect of nuclear pulse signal decomposition and restructure.
