| With the advancement of science and technology,the development of many fields has put forward higher requirements for temperature measurement,from the previous single point temperature measurement gradually transition to the three-dimensional temperature field measurement.The measurement of temperature field is closely related to the research and development of weapon system,the damage performance of ammunition,the research of explosion process and the optimum ratio of explosive raw material.Especially the transient high temperature field is often strong destructive force,strong electromagnetic interference,the explosion process is very short,high temperature,temperature dynamic range and other characteristics,so the measurement is more difficult,there is no corresponding test technology and equipment.In this context,the three-dimensional measurement technology is studied on the explosion temperature field.In this paper,a new method of measuring the temperature of three-dimensional temperature field is proposed.Based on the instantaneous of explosion characteristics temperature,the silicon photoelectric detector combined with the multi-spectral temperature measurement is used to measure the explosion temperature and spectral emissivity to achieve the temperature field of single point temperature measurement.Then,the two-dimensional temperature distribution in the single direction is obtained by the output response of the surface area CCD,and the two-dimensional temperature distribution in three directions is obtained by three uniform directions of the measurement direction.The method of reconstructing the temperature field based on the two-dimensional temperature distribution in three directions is researched.In this paper,a mathematical model of point temperature to surface temperature is established,which includes the measurement of atmospheric spectral transmittance and CCD spectral response curve.Firstly,the atmospheric spectral transmittance curve is simulated by MODTRAN atmospheric simulation software.The spectral response curve of the CCD is obtained by the grating monochromator on the basis of the calibration formula.Then,the least square method is used to obtain the atmospheric spectral transmittance function and CCD spectral response function,the temperature model of two-dimensional temperature distribution is established.Secondly,several commonly used iterative reconstruction algorithms are researched.On this basis,a new multi-criteria iterative reconstruction algorithm is adopted.The camera projection model based on lens imaging principle is established,and the calculation method of weight matrix is given.The multi-criteria iterative reconstruction algorithm is compared with the commonly used reconstruction algorithm by computer simulation experiment,which shows that the algorithm has a good application prospect in 3D reconstruction of physical field. |
