| Considering the increasingly serious environmental crisis and the crisis of energy resource shortage,HVAC have been studying the development and utilization of new clean energy source,HVAC have also been studying about professional skills at the same time.As a clean,non-polluting energy,solar energy has inexhaustible characteristics,it is already mature in HVAC heating system and meets the requirements with respect to economical operation and environmental protection.To make full use of energy,reduce the waste of energy,prolong the service life of equipment,the phase change heat storage technology in HVAC industry has gradually rise.Due to the operation efficiency of air source heat pump under the condition of the working condition of low temperature is lower.This paper puts forward a new type of heating system,which is solar phase change heat storage coupling air source heat pump system.The solar vacuum tube collector are used for absorption of solar radiation energy,then the energy are stored in the phase change heat storage water tank or heating with air source heat pump at the same time in phase change heat storage of solar energy coupling air source heat pump system.If the air source heat pump system run independently to meet heating demand,the excess energy and solar radiation energy will be stored in phase change heat storage water tank.When the operation temperature is cold and air source heat pump system can not run independently to meet heating demand,all heat load will be supplied by solar heating storage by PCM coupling air source heat pump system,the excess energy will be stored.If the surroundings temperature is lower than operation temperature of heat pump,solar system will supply a part of energy to increase the temperature of the evaporation side.This paper study the new heating system by experiments and simulations,the main content has been as follow:1)Introducing the background of new heating system and technological level of components of system at home and abroad.Pointing out the insufficient in existing research.Introducing common concepts and theoretical foundation of the new heating system.2)Introducing the general situation of the engineering and subjects,then selecting the most suitable phase change material and designing proper tank.3)Through monitoring systems,this paper compares the air source heat pump operational mode and coupled systems operational mode,analyzing the coefficient of performance and proposing operation strategies.4)By Fluent simulate phase-change thermal storage process under both of air source heat pump operational mode and coupled systems operational mode,then analyzing the effect of temperature on phase-change process.The results show that the new heating system can meet various conditions,through analyzing the COP and indoor temperature,it is not only good for door temperature,but also has a large advantage in prolonging the general service period of the unit.Compared with the independent solar heating system,it also largely reduces the space occupied by laying. |
