| With the improvement of social productivity,the requirement of production level has increased constantly.With the kind of motor increases rapidly,the technology of controlling motor develops explosively.Among many motors,permanent magnet synchronous motor which relys on its a lot of advantages,such as small size,high energy efficiency,less torque ripple and low noise has attracted widely concern.Especially,the requirement of permanent magnet synchronous motor has been increased rapidly in the field of high speed motor,such as compressor,high speed milling machine,water pump etc.Because of working on high frequency,the traditional mechanical sensor feedback method is no longer applicable,and the higher harmonic which generates produces significant harm in the stator loss,rotor losses and the torque ripple.Sensorless control technology arouses great demand.Because the motor need work on the condition of high speed and low speed range,aiming at the particularity of high-speed permanent magnet claw pole synchronous motors,design a drive system for high-speed claw pole permanent magnet synchronous motor,and get simulation analysis through Matlab/Simulink.Firstly,aimed at the characteristics of several kinds of high-speed claw pole permanent magnet significant machine,determine it possesses two characteristics: difficulty of starting as permanent magnet synchronous motors and requiring good dynamic characteristics when operating on high-speed condition,and design mathematical model of high-speed claw pole permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly,consider the motor mainly work in high-speed condition,design DTC-SVM control system combined with sliding-mode observer,guarantee the motor has good stability and good dynamic characteristics under the condition of high-speed operation.Thirdly,in the high speed range,to improve the performance of traditional sliding-mode observer,add the stator resistance online identification block,during the operation,make the impact of stator resistance change minimal for motor control system,and introduce phase locked loop block,make it more accurate estimate the back EMF.In the low speed range,considering the difficulty of motor rotor position determining,introducing the vector control with high frequency pulse vibration injection method to realize the auto-startup of the machine.Finally,combining with the above design content,design a switching module of two position estimation method,accomplish a compound control method which contains high frequency pulse vibration injection method and sliding-mode observer method,make the motor can be smoothly transition from low speed range to high speed range.And carries on the simulation in MATLAB/SIMULINK,Further analysis of available,the controller designed has good control characteristic. |
