| With the growing of aviation enterprise,aviation safety accidents which caused by mismanagement by tools occur frequently.The current research on RFID technology in the field of aircraft maintenance is focused on system analysis and functional integration.Maintenance tools’ size,RFID technology characteristics,label packaging forms are not concerned appropriate,and relevant engineering products have not been produced.By learning about RFID and embedded technology,this paper designs two intelligent toolboxes(portable and stationary)with high frequency and ultrahigh frequency RFID module.It can help the engineer inventory tools and lay the foundation of tool information-based management.Portable intelligent toolbox uses STC89LE52 RC chip as its control core,it can exchange data with high frequency RFID module through SPI communication interface,tools’ inventory results are displayed on LCD12864,Realizing rapid-inventory validity-setting and many other functions.Stationary intelligent toolbox uses ultrahigh frequency RFID module as its control core,its functions are completed in Visual Studio 2013 integrated development environment through C# object-oriented language,tags’ data are managed by SQL Sever2008 database.The stationary intelligent toolbox can send tools’ information to the aircraft maintenance management system.For the convenience of using this box,this paper developed Qt graphical client application software.Test results show that the two toolboxes realize rapid-inventory,wireless communication through Internet and many other functions.In the end,this paper has improved the anticollision algorithm to resolve the problem of tag-collision. |
