With the rapid development of urban infrastructure construction with each passing day,as soon as possible to shorten the construction period will alleviate traffic viaduct with prestressed assembly as a whole.According to the requirements,the lower part of the bridge structure(capping beam and pier)to switch to prestressed assembly plan construction,the prefabricated scheme USES is embedded corrugated pipe form then pouring,in our country the north because of cold and warm for a long time,often cause steel corrosion,concrete strength,structure durability damage.The bonding performance of the steel bar and reinforced concrete under freeze-thaw cycles,the concrete structure durability research has important theoretical significance and application value.In this paper after prefabricated bridge pier anchor nodes under the influence of the freeze-thaw cycle durable performance were studied.Basically has the following contents:(1)To adapt to the cold region after freeze-thaw environment prefabricated bridge pier anchor nodes reserved pore grouting material modified mortar and experiment research.Through the selection of the test is suitable for the anchor nodes after freeze-thaw environment modified mortar;(2)After the scale anchor node specimens made of C40 concrete resistance to freezing and thawing environment needed material performance test.Ratio of prefabricated nodes determined by the experiments of concrete material,to prevent subsequent concrete freeze-thaw in drawing test specimen first destroy;(3)The number of anchor nodes after differe nt freeze-thaw after drawing test.This article mainly USES the C40 concrete 200 x 200 x 350 assembled piers node scale specimen,embedded bellows as reinforced the reserved channel,treated specimen curing 28 days will be reinforced in the corrugated tube into all kinds of grouting materials,under the condition of different number of freeze-thaw drawing test was carried out on the specimen,analysis after freezing and thawing cycle of anchor nodes the influence of the bonding strength.(4)Based on abaqus finite element simulation analysis.The test results show that the freezing and thawing cycles on concrete specimens and grouting relatively elastic modulus and compressive strength of the specimens have a considerable influence;O n the bond strength of reinforced,and embedded corrugated tube concrete and slippage effect is more apparent,and with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,whole have significant decline in the bond strength of the specimens;Using unit cohesion and C ZM constitutive model to simulate embedded buy corrugated pipe concrete generally speaking has certain feasibility.
