Smart meters as the basis of electric energy data acquisition equipment,plays a very important role in the construction of smart grid.The smart meter is required to collect the original electric energy data,measurement and data transmission functions.With the development of smart grid,the smart grid puts forward new requirements to the smart meter.As more and more nonlinear loads are connected to the power grid,the harmonic pollution in the power grid is not only caused by the waste of electricity,but also brings some economic losses to the power sector.Therefore,the smart meter with harmonic detection function arises at the historic moment With the national energy saving and emission reduction call,in order to improve the awareness of residents to save electricity,time-sharing electricity price has been put forward in some areas of the application,which requires the meter with time-sharing billing function.At the same time,in order to improve the convenience of the users,the two-way communication between the power company and the user is also paid more and more attentionResearch of microprocessor powerful data processing ability of STM32 based electric energy acquisition circuit with the peripheral circuit and the main controller STM32,the smart meter metering function,price function,two-way communication function and harmonic detection function.Research the effect of FFT on harmonic analysis,FFT algorithm for windowed interpolation harmonic analysis,decrease the error influence of spectral leakage and fence effect.Paper mainly completed the design of smart meter hardware and software.The hardware circuit mainly designs the voltage,current acquisition circuit,ADC sampling circuit,RS-485 communication circuit and so on.The FFT algorithm is used to simulate the harmonic signal,and the accuracy of the algorithm is verified by using the MATLAB simulation software.Finally,the experimental platform for the debugging of the smart meter.
