This paper studied the experimental and theoretical analysis of the new steel bar truss deck and the new integral composite wall panel,which provide theoretical support for the popularization and use of new materials.In this paper,a total of 18 different steel bar truss decks are used for the unsupported span test.The results are compared with those of the finite element model to verify the results of the reliability and applicability of the test pieces in the construction stage.And the maximum unsupported span of the form removal of the integral composite wall panel is determined,which provides the theoretical basis for the compilation of the calculation method of the construction stage.In this paper,the integral composite interior wall panel can improve the construction efficiency of the steel structure assembly residence and can solve the sound insulation problem of the steel beam.However,since the steel beam and wall panels are made as an entirety,they are installed in place at the construction site,and are different from those of the usual steel structure after the installation of the main structural components.And because of the lack of the corresponding specification and Atlas and mature engineering application experience,it is necessary to analyze the structural performance of this kind of integral composite interior wall panel before the application.Based on the study of inner wall panels of task group members,this paper studied the bearing capacity of the model rooms with the composite inner wall panels,and uses the MIDAS GEN to establish the finite element model and compare the test results to verify the correctness of the modeling method.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper establishes the overall analysis model of the eighteen floor steel structure residence of the project and steel frame construction without integral wall panels.The seismic performance and stress analysis of the two structures were carried out.The results show that,the layout of the overall wall panels can significantly improve the overall stability,anti-lateral stiffness,shear bearing capacity and overall stiffness of the structure.The research results of this paper used for the first case of assembly steel structure residential project of Anhui Province,can provide the theoretical basis for the application of steel bar truss deck and integral composite wall panel inengineering practice,which is of great theoretical and engineering significance to promote the development of steel structure assembly residence in China.
