In recent years,the rapid growth of the number of vehicles in China bring aboutthe quality of the requirements of the road has been improved,while the highway construction and highway life also put forward higher requirements.The quality of the top layer of the quality of the road qualitystand or fallhas a pivotal role.Pavementstructureabove the level of design,selection and construction control and other aspects of a direct impact on the overall performance of the road.In this subject,based on the physical engineering of the 22th section of Hangxinjing Expresswayas the backing,the SMA-13 design ratio is used as the breakthroughpoint,through the performance test of raw material,mineral aggregate mixture ratio,ratio of calculation method and steps,and the design results to verify the performance of all aspects.According to the results of SMA design,the characteristics of the aggregate under different molding methods,the volume parameters of the asphalt mixture,the formation of the aggregate skeleton,and the breaking of the aggregates were carried out by different molding methods and compaction times.And the use of the method of drawer screening for the crushing of aggregates for accurate data collection,analysis of Marshall under different compaction of the aggregate under the crushing situation,and then made on the indoor molding method,and through the set This paper analyzes the particle size range of SMA-13.Because of the influence of geography and the factors of zhejiang area highway asphalt mixture generally used 3 mm-5 mm limestone instead of basalt,considering that the limestone is alkaline aggregate and SMA mentioned in the specification,in the absence of special fine aggregate crusher production under the condition of the mechanism of sand can choose ordinary lime rock chips instead of to ensure the adhesion of aggregate and asphalt.On this basis,combining with engineering project in AC-13 c ratio limestone replacing basalt(2.36 mm to 2.36 mm)to replace the test.Results show that under the condition of the other performance all meet the specification requirements,limestone replacement group has better 48 hours immersion Marshall stability and freeze-thaw splitting indicators.The experiment on the one hand,prove that the SMA 2.36 mm to 4.75 mm file limestone replacing the feasibility of,on the other hand is common to the region,2.36 4.75 mm limestone replace practice provided the certain basis.Finally,based on the above experimental results,the paper summarizes the problems in the construction of the SMA-13,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction process of the SMA-13.At the same time,the data compared with the laboratory test,once again proved a better way to shape the rationality.
