The accelerometer can measure the acceleration,vibration,tilt and other physical quantities which is widely used in aerospace,inertial guidance,inclined logging and other fields.Quartz flexible accelerometer is widely used at the present stage.Quartz flexible accelerometer rebalance loop circuits is an important solution for accelerometer digitization with the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and good stability.However,this solution has a poor performance of signal resolution.In this paper,a binary accelerating pulse digital accelerometer solution is proposed,which is designed to realize the digitization of the system and improve the measurement resolution of the system.The main research contents of the subject are as follows:(1)Design a high stability constant current source system.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the stability and various errors that couple with each other of the feedback type constant current source system.Then various error factors are synthesized by systematic error,and a constant current source system with high stability is designed according to synthesized error theory.(2)Propose a new dual current signal plus torque program.In this paper,a scheme of interleaving and adding moments is proposed for the coupling of two channels current signals.the circuit model of the constant current source coupled with the torque system is used to verify the rationality of the intermodulation plus moment scheme,and the large range and high resolution characteristics of the staggered plus moment system are also verified.(3)Analyze the control strategy of the two-way plus-moment system.In this paper,the transfer function model of the binary-balanced pulse double-complement system is analyzed.The simulation tool is used to build the system model for verifying the PID control algorithm which could realize the fast,accurate and stable control of the system.And a single channel control quantity separation scheme is proposed for the multi-channel control problem of the two-way plus-moment system,and the correlation scheme of the pulse width is pointed out.Finally,the development of the experiment prototype of the binary modulo pulse double plus torque digital accelerometer is completed,and the system debugging and testing platform is built.Then the performance index of the constant current source system and the whole machine control system is evaluated and completed.
