During the period of "12th Five-Year plan",the highway construction of our country has achieved steady and rapid development.By the end of 2016,the total mileage of expressways in China has exceeded 130 thousand km.At the same time,the process of asphalt pavement in large and medium repair,will produce large amounts of waste SBS modified asphalt mixture,carry out SBS regeneration technique of asphalt mixture is a sustainable development of economy,environmental protection,road repair technology.At present,the research level of SBS modified asphalt recycling technology in our country is still at the initial stage,especially the research on the integration of the new and old asphalt on the aggregate surface is relatively small.This paper is based on the Guizhou Provincial Department of transportation science and technology project "high content of waste asphalt mixture plant hot recycling technology in Guizhou highway engineering application study",using the component analysis and infrared spectra of Aging Microstructure by means of SBS before and after evaluation of modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt aging mechanism;the harmonic theory of aging SBS modified asphalt regeneration by components,evaluation of the regeneration performance of SBS modified asphalt performance;the indirect test method,analysis of new SBS modified asphalt in the surface of RAP fusion,establish the penetration,softening point and viscosity of the fitting equation,to study the degree of asphalt of different mixing conditions the degree of integration,in order to better quantitative analysis of new and old asphalt mix,put forward the concept of integration(R).To improve the regeneration method based on the degree of integration,and through the determination of recovery of waste SBS modified asphalt mixture,the asphalt content and old material;at the same time on the regeneration performance of new asphalt and aggregate was evaluated.Marshall method is used to determine the mix design,with the regeneration of AC-13 mixture of RAP mass fraction was 40%,50%,60% and 70% respectively the ratio;high temperature stability,regeneration of different SBS old material dosage of modified asphalt mixture low temperature crack resistance and water stability,the analysis of financial impact on their road performance degree.The experimental study on stress control fatigue performance of asphalt mixture based on the method of splitting strength test and indirect tensile fatigue test,the test proposed regenerated SBS modified asphalt mixture fatigue equation under different test conditions.The effects of RAP mass fraction,stress ratio and different regeneration methods on the splitting strength and indirect tensile fatigue test results of recycled asphalt mixture were analyzed.
