| As a leading building,machinery,electronics and other industries in the future development and innovation of the BIM technology,civil engineering industry has become the direction of development.At present,the application of tunnel BIM design is still in its infancy,and there are many problems: 1,tunnel design involving terrain,the ever-changing terrain geological conditions hinder the standardization of the tunnel door design,in the three-dimensional design can not be used directly;2,due to changes in the terrain caused by changes in the form of the hole structure also changes,still can not be done in the BIM three-dimensional design of the standard model library;3,different designers,for the same terrain situation,will also design Different form of the hole structure,resulting in low design efficiency,and the general BIM design is to convert the two-dimensional map through the mold into a three-dimensional view,not the real BIM design.Therefore,in view of the above three main problems,this paper based on the BIM design concept,based on the development of programming methods to solve the BIM tunnel door in the design of the existing problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research status of BIM in tunnel engineering.Through the comparative study of the widely used BIM core software platform Dassault and Autodesk,this paper chooses CATIA with complex surface modeling function as software platform.(2)CATIA platform CATIA platform for the two secondary development methods: CAA C++ technology and CAA AUTOMATION technical characteristics of the analysis,according to the tunnel designers in the design process of thinking habits and tunnel design using three-dimensional graphics software control features to determine the use of CAA AUTOMATION technology as a development tool for tunnel portal interactive design program based on CATIA software platform.(3)Three methods of three-dimensional terrain modeling are proposed and discussed by using the existing tunnel survey data and analyzed and simulated.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods,three-dimensional method Terrain model,and the method developed for the hole three-dimensional terrain modeling interactive real-time design process.(4)This paper analyzes the thinking and design habits of tunnel designers in the tunnel design process.In view of the interactive design flow and operation characteristics of the three-dimensional software platform,the interactive three-dimensional design program of tunnel portal is researched and developed.Using this procedure,the three-dimensional structure model of tunnel portal can be designed and constructed on the three-dimensional solid terrain of tunnel hole.(5)Developed a three-dimensional tunnel portal model quickly converted to two-dimensional engineering drawings of the program,the program can automatically extract and calculate the design of the required number of material properties,generate the corresponding number of works. |
