With the rapid development of highway construction,the basic bearing capacity and service life of the road are required to increase year by year.Among the factors that affect the quality and service life of the road,the degree of compaction plays a decisive role in the quality and life of the road.However,Some problems,such as leakage,under voltage and over pressure often occur in conventional road,which makes it difficult to ensure the quality of road construction.The traditional detection method can interfere with the construction work,influence the construction progress,and it is difficult to realize the real-time feedback of the compaction degree.The real time detection of the compaction degree with GPS positioning function can monitor the construction process of the roller in real time,realizing the real-time evaluation and timely feedback control of the construction quality,which is helpful to improve the quality of the road surface.Therefore,according to the characteristics of roller compaction construction,the real-time monitoring system of roller compaction process is developed.In order to solve the monitoring problem of roller in the compacting process,based on road remote intelligent monitoring system of science and technology project in An Hui Provincial Communications Department,and the analysis of the GPS global positioning technology and the intelligent detection technology of compaction,the GPS positioning technology is introduced into the construction of the roller.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the basic composition and application characteristics of GPS satellite positioning system,The positioning method of GPS absolute positioning technology is selected,and the 54 plane coordinate system of Beijing is taken as the projection plane and the projection mode is Gauss-Krueger projection.(2)According to the principle of vibration compaction,the mathematical model of vibration compaction is established,and relational expression is obtained.By collecting,analyzing,processing and fitting the vibration acceleration signal,the effective value of vibration acceleration signal is obtained,and the relationship between compactness and vibration acceleration is established.(3)Through the data acquisition and analysis of GPS,the Ga uss projection and the plane four parameters transformation method are used for calculation,establishing the plane coordinate system of the roller,determining the vertical and horizontal positioning method under the roller track of roller,calculating the number of rolling passes,realizing the plane positioning of the roller in any construction mode,and drawing the real-time rolling track of the roller.(4)Based on global positioning technology and the relationship between compactness and vibration acceleration signal,the real-time monitoring and control system of roller compaction process is developed by using LABVIEW software and the reliability of the software is verified by engineering test.The results show that the real-time monitoring of the compaction process of the roller solves the shortcomings of the traditional compaction detection method,such as large sampling randomness and poor real-time performance,achieving real-time detection,and able to display the real-time position of the roller and the its track map to the technical personnel.So that the technical staff can understand the compaction of the road roller directly,avoiding the common phenomenon of the road compaction,such as under voltage,over voltage,and so on and enhancing the quality of road compaction.
