As a new type of composite material,steel fiber reinforced concrete is developing rapidly and has been applied in engineering field.For further expansion on the performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete,make it play a more important role in the engineering application,this paper by adding silica fume and polymer emulsion of steel fiber reinforced concrete were modified to improve the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete.Therefore,in the guarantee ratio unchanged,this paper tested in different silica fume and polymer emulsion dosage,working performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete compressive strength and flexural strength of the basic mechanical properties,under different experimental conditions of steel fiber cement interface characteristics and fracture properties of concrete,and the results of interface the adhesion test and fracture performance test results.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)To test the properties of the raw materials required for the test so that the parameters of the test materials can meet the requirements of the specification.The preparation of concrete,test the workability of fresh concrete,by changing the polymer emulsion and silica fume admixture into concrete amount,to test its workability,and adding water reducing agent for the deployment,get better performance;test the basic mechanical properties,effect of silica fume and polymer latex on the properties of concrete are determined by experiments.(2)A single steel fiber pull-out test to test the interface characteristics and parameters calculation,by changing the polymer emulsion and silica fume admixture to the concrete content,to understand the effect of silica fume and polymer on the interfacial characteristic parameters,and explain its mechanism,to determine the optimal dosage of two additional variables;in addition,the influence factors of the interface characteristic parameters such as steel fiber embedded angle,considering the matrix age,and to explore the related test.(3)The fracture performance test and calculation of fracture parameters by changing the polymer emulsion and silica fume admixture to the concrete content,to understand the effect of silica fume and polymer on the fracture parameters;the factors that influence the fracture characteristic parameters were analyzed,such as cracks cutting depth,strength and age.(4)Steel fiber and concrete matrix determines whether the combination of steel fiber and concrete can play its biggest role;the comparative analysis of the properties of interfacial properties and fracture of two test,will be linked to the characteristics of their corresponding parameters through value-added and value-added multiples of multiples,charts analysis,interaction the interface characteristic parameters and characteristic parameters of concrete fracture.So as to reveal the influence of interface characteristic parameters on the fracture performance of concrete.
