Reinforced concrete is the largest construction material used in the construction of human engineering.In recent years,with a large number of Port Engineering in the service life period due to harsh environment corrosion damage occurred,the bearing capacity of concrete structure of port engineering of weakening has become a hot issue for research structural engineering home and abroad,and a lot of attention concern for the experts and scholars in.As one of the most important reasons for the weakening of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete members,the corrosion of reinforcement has been studied extensively by many scholars.At present,the results of port engineering of corroded reinforced concrete members are in the majority of chloride ion erosion of the coastal environment based on based on the problem is still in the early stage of inland port environment bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete.In this paper,relying on the Ministry of transport,Tianjin water transportation project "evaluation" in service of the high pile wharf structure safety,test data of actual participation in on-site inspection and investigation statistics of Pearl River dozens of inland river overhead pier,through theoretical analysis,field test and statistical analysis,the weakening regularity of bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete members in inland river the wharf.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,based on the project,this paper studies the concrete strength of inland wharves in Pearl River Basin by means of actual participation and investigation.Based on the 23 at the wharf a total of 307 sets of field detection strength value,analysis of the rebound method compared changes,intensity of main components of the wharf and core sampling method adaptability,determine the probability distribution type and the value of concrete strength analysis of the distribution parameters of concrete strength model and establishment of concrete strength time-varying model.Second,participating in and organize the wharf carbonation depth and field rate of reinforcement corrosion detection and measurement results,and investigated dozens of terminal carbonization and steel corrosion test data,obtained the depth of carbonation and steel corrosion the main components of the wharf.Third,the concrete carbonation mechanism and main influence system analysis,and the carbonation depth of existing prediction model are compared and analyzed,and the measured data of the pier carbonation carbonation model were analyzed and compared several typical.Finally,based on the Niu Ditao model,practical and convenient engineering application,through field test data on the formula model of uncertain variables are modified and simplified,inland environment practical simple concrete carbonation depth prediction model.Fourth,the mechanism and main influencing factors of reinforcement corrosion are systematically analyzed,and the limitations of existing corrosion rate prediction models are compared and analyzed.Based on the data of 23 sections with different service life,the corrosion condition of reinforcement and the test data of the main components of the wharf,a time-varying model of corrosion rate based on field measurement data was established.The model is compared with the prediction model of corrosion rate in marine environment,and validated by the measured data.It is proved that the model has certain accuracy and adaptability.Last,systematic analysis of corroded by the main influence factors of bending capacity,comparison and analysis of the limitations and differences of calculation formula of the bearing capacity of China's existing norms and rust after,and through the existing 24 different steel corrosion rate by ultimate flexural loading test data.This paper adopts the pre test bearing capacity attenuation formula of model theory,based on the corrosion rate changes,the yield strength in the inland service member and the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced the weakening rule.By analyzing the reliability of the existing results,the accuracy and scientificity of the weakening model of bearing capacity are proved.
