As an important force component of cable-stayed bridges,the oblique cable is an important bond linking the main girder and column.In the construction and operation of the cable-stayed bridges,the bulk of the structure and the live loads are transmitted by cables to the column.The further transmission to the foundation,for this cable-stayed bridge can be regarded as a continuous beam bridge with cables as elastic support points,the cable force directly affects the constant load internal forces and alignment of the whole structure,so the precise control of cable tension is an important part of the construction control of cable-stayed bridges.In the construction of contemporary cable-stayed bridges,the construction forms of cables are continually improved,and the corresponding technology of rigging and tensioning is progressing.In sync with this,the cable tension construction control technology should also develop together,combining with the actual construction technology,using advanced and reliable control technology and methods to control cable construction cable tension accuracy,so that the construction of cable-stayed bridges more safe,fast,the construction of the quality assurance structure.In this paper,the most commonly used parallel steel stranded cables as the main research object,with the single-Tower cable-stayed bridge with double symmetrical,the fourth bridge on the Jialing river in Langzhong municipal as the engineering background,the construction technology and cable tension control method of the study.The following aspects are mainly studied:(1)The change course,development status and structure classification of cables are studied respectively,and the difficulty and importance of cable tension control of steel strand in the construction of cable-stayed bridges are proposed.(2)Combining with the concrete construction process of the parallel steel stranded cables,the concrete content of cable tension control in the cable construction of Steel strand is analyzed,and the protection form of cables and the practicability of damping measures are discussed.(3)The working principle of the current method of detecting cable tension in inclined cable is studied,this paper compares the applicability of different cable tension testing methods in construction monitoring,and analyzes the superiority of magnetic flux sensors in monitoring and control steel strand cable tension and single strand tensile uniformity,and puts forward the practical arrangement method of magnetic flux sensors in steel strand cables.(4)According to the construction characteristics of parallel steel stranded cables,the control measures of cable force uniformity in steel strand cable construction are studied,the basic principle of calculating method of initial tensile strength of single strand wire is analyzed,and its correction is applied to the actual construction process.On the basis of summing up the control method of cable force,the practical measures for the tension control and tension measurement of steel strand cables are proposed,and the finite element analysis software is used to outsource HDPE casing in actual engineering.The influence of cable structure and temperature change on cable tension is amended,and the influence of overall cable and single circulating cable on tensile force uniformity of steel stranded wire is discussed,and the control method of cable-adjusting is proposed combining with the actual tensile result of cables.(5)Through the construction monitoring results of the cable in the construction of the example project the variation regularity of cable force in the actual construction of steel strand cable is studied,and the analysis of the finite element model is calculated,and the effective control measures are used to ensure the accuracy of the construction result.
