Steel cable as a large span bridge structure one of the main bearing and force tr ansmission parts,completed its status directly affect the health of the bridge.Based o n magnetic elastic effect of cable force detection is a new type of cable force measu rement method,compared with the traditional detection method,magnetic method has high precision,fast response,long life and other advantages.At present,although the existing cable force sensor based on magnetic play effect is applied to the actual co mpleted bridge of such testing,but the development of the cable force sensor and the cable force measurement is based on the statistics and analysis of a large number of experimental data,the lack of theoretical influence the magnetization characteristic of wire rope cable force measurement system analysis,stress and temperature changes.This article first to the theoretical basis of steel cable of conservation of energy i n the process of magnetization,the influence of the cable force measurement of mag netic field characteristics,main factors such as stress and temperature as the breakthro ugh point of the thesis,the first analysis of the magnetic-thermal model,then analy sis of force and magnetic model of indirect coupling method to establish the magneti c spring type multi field coupling theory model of cable force sensor.According to the inverse magnetostrictive effect of ferromagnetic material,the fer romagnetic material is magnetized in a magnetic field,if the ferromagnetic material(s uch as by external force)role,so magnetic parameters of the material(permeability U)will change at the same time,we put the phenomenon of magneto elastic effect.The principle of magnetoelastic sensor is the linear relationship between the change o f permeability and the cable force.However,the permeability changes with the chang e of temperature,which directly affects the measurement results.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the temperature of the magnetoelastic sensor by the temperature compensation.Influence of temperature on magnetic elastic stress sensor cable force monitoring of this issue is still inadequate,the mechanism of tem perature effect of the whole system,and the reasonable and effective temperature cont rol measures,further studies are needed to further system.This article USES the BP neural network method and the RBF neural network method to reduce the temperature disturbance,reducing the actual force signal.MATL AB to the BP network method and the RBF neural network method two kinds of te mperature algorithms to simulate,and compare the compensation effect of the two.The results showed that the BP neural network and RBF neural network is prop osed for magnetic sensors for temperature compensation play effect,BP neural networ k compensation accuracy up to 98%,improved the magnetic sensor accuracy and sta bility.
