With the increasing demand for energy in the world,many countries have developed a strategic goal to deep-sea and put energy-saving and emission reduction as an important research direction.Marine offshore ship has advantages of high automation,accurate positioning,which can meet the needs of various operations and enable to be an significant guarantee for deep-sea oil exploitation.In order to meet the requirements of different working conditions and obtain the minimum power consumption,the paper designed the optimization control strategy of thrust allocation and power allocation according to the propulsion system.The research object of this study is the marine engineering ship "Offshore Oil***"with diesel electric power system,which could not only retains the advantages of traditional advanced technology,safe and reliable,high degree of automation of mechanical propulsion,but also with the advantages of flexible layout,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection of electric propulsion.The hybrid propulsion system can provide more power,reduce operating costs and adapt to more complex conditions.In this paper,the composition and application of the diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system are widely studied,and the control strategy of the hybrid system is introduced and analyzed.On the basis of understanding the dynamic system,the dynamic distribution control strategy is researched in the paper,the control and analysis of the power distribution algorithm is especially carried out for all typical working conditions of marine engineering ships.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to select the parameters which is necessary for the power distribution objective function.The minimum ambiguity method is used to solve the membership function graph of the power range under the different working conditions in this paper.Finally,the multiple target is analyzed,and the objective function is set up which is used to solve the algorithm.The core of the control strategy is to distribute the power of the ship's power source to the main diesel engine and the auxiliary generator to achieve the best coupling of the power system,so as to ensure the operation of each equipment in the efficient range,and attain the effect of energy saving.
