With the development of the national economy,the power system is developing to the distance,large capacity and high voltage.At present,China's power grid has basically completed the west to East power transmission,the interconnection of the north and south of the grid layout,has basically formed a national network of ultra large power grid.In this case,if the security and stability of the power grid is destroyed,there will be a large area of power outage,resulting in the loss of national economy will be an astronomical figure.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stability and security of power system.This paper selects the planning year for 5 years,after a survey of Taiyuan power grid in Qingxu power grid,using the actual load data of Qingxu power grid,the first of Taiyuan for the next 5 years the power load forecasting,the prediction of the load data of Qingxu power grid in 2016 in Taiyuan,the actual power grid on the basis of analysis,trend analysis and static N-1 Taiyuan of Qingxu power grid,analyzes the weak link,Taiyuan Qingxu power transformer and line at the same time,the power grid for short-circuit current analysis,check switch breaking capacity,analyzing the weak link in the selection switch of Taiyuan Qingxu power grid,to ensure the stability of each element.In view of the weak links in the actual power grid structure of Taiyuan Qingxu,some effective measures are taken to strengthen the weak link of the power grid,and the planning grid of Qingxu power grid is obtained.According to the data of power load forecast in the next five years,the stability analysis of the planning grid is carried out and compared with the actual power network in Taiyuan,Qingxu.Because the voltage quality of planning grid is not high,lack of reactive power compensation,based on the planning grid,the load forecasting of power load data,the particle swarm algorithm of Taiyuan Qingxu power grid planning grid for reactive power planning based on the determined capacity and parallel capacitor group substation input number.After the reactive power planning,power grid reactive power compensation to meet the basic hierarchical partition and balance on the principle of reactive power compensation device is added,can effectively reduce the different voltage reactive power flow,the Taiyuan Qingxu power grid to meet the basic requirements of voltage operation.
