This paper takes 300 MW wet cooling unit high pressure heating as the study object,researching into high back pressure modification technology of pure condensing unit,combined with the actual operating parameters,analyzing and calculating thermal economic performance of the unit,obtaining the economic parameters of the unit after the transformation of high back pressure,in the study result,optimal operation mode was found.High pressure circulating water heating is the steam turbine condenser pressure increasing,which reduces the vacuum degree of condenser,increases the exhaust pressure and temperature of steam turbine,the condenser becomes the heater in the heating system,direct heating on the circulation of water,the latent heat of steam turbine exhaust will be fully utilized.Cold source loss is reduced to zero,which leads to the improvement of the thermal efficiency of the unit.In the dual role of energy shortage and environmental pressure,abundant co-generation units in the north of city are gradually to the high pressure transformation,capacity level of the transformation unit is also increasing in exploration,and striving to achieve more efficient environmental protection.Hua dian qingdao company's #2 unit is the first 300 MW level of the high back pressure heating renovation project.After the transformation of the unit,operation condition is good.The economic benefit is remarkable.This article takes it as the object,and introduces the scheme of reforming unit.Combined with the company's reality,selecting the typical parameters of the unit,to calculate and analyze thermal economy.This paper takes use of optimizing the operation mode of different external conditions,to find out the best operation mode under different climatic conditions.In addition,this paper develops a optimized research in the viewpoint of energy utilization,using the theory of total energy system,to reduce the loss of high grade energy.
