As a national power grid companies,Electricity information acquisitiont erminal is an important part of strong smart grid construction,it has been widely used throughout the country,the electromagnetic compatibility and quality affects the normal operation of the power grid stability and reliability.In addition,with the progress of science and technology and electronic products increasingly motors,power electronics products are faced with the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment,it is the electromagnetic compatibility of products put forward higher request,at the same time,as the country to improve the electromagnetic compatibility on the deepening of the research and the related technology,regulations and verification requirements of electrom agnetic compatibility is becoming more and more stringent.Therefore,improve electricity information acquisition terminal electromagnetic compatibility is particularly important.This article aim to improve the electricity information acquisition terminal design and improvement of the electromagnetic compatibility to provide feasible method and electromagnetic compatibility test.The main research content of this article is electricity information acquisition terminal and the theory of electromagnetic compatibility technology research,electromagnetic compatibility test research,corrective actions and optimization design research.This paper studies the electricity information acquisition terminal overview and summary of electromagnetic compatibility,and study of domestic and foreign development present situation,the reference electricity information acquisition terminal test,emc test,emc test principle and method of electromagnetic compatibility test,found that it’s easy to have a problem of electromagnetic compatibility research terminal design and function,design principle and electromagnetic compatibility improvement measures according to the terminal,in view of the problems with rectification,and then test validation,to explore suitable for electricity information acquisition terminal of the electromagnetic compatibility design method and improving measures.Purpose is to improve the quality of electricity information acquisition terminal electromagnetic compatibility and reliability,meet the requirements of state grid corporation,adapt to the development of science and technology and more and electromagnetic environment,guide enterprises and electromagnetic compatibility testing personnel.The research method of this paper is theory combined with practice,use of resources,to carry out the actual test research and improvement,and then come to the conclusion.Subjects used techniques include: specification test,the rectification circuit,device type selection,test.Electricity information acquisition terminal power products,though it is but a general communication product features,prone to problem of electromagnetic compatibility are similar,so are suitable for electricity information acquisition terminal of the electromagnetic compatibility optimization design and improvement measures are also suitable for most of the communications products,research and development for these products design and test verification.Through research,the optimization design method is suitable for electricity information acquisition terminal are: profile design phase: electromagnetic compatibility strategy research;The detailed design phase: design the power supply and communication port,choose the right components;Schematic design phase: to isolate and filtering modules design;PCB design phase: design distance wiring and grounding;Isolation and insulating structure design phase: design.Improvement measures include: increasing the circular,common mode choke solve the problem of electrical transient bursts,increasing insulation ring,grounding line,partially blocked solve the problem of electrostatic discha rge,increase the surge suppression device,to solve the problem of surge lightning protection design.
