Multi-layer masonry structure as China's extensive structure of the form,prone to brittle damage in the earthquake,resulting in high proportion of casualties.Thus the seismic reinforcement is particularly necessary.Isolation technology as an innovative reinforcement technology,is gradually being used in seismic reinforcement.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical value to analyze the seismic performance of multi-story masonry structure after isolation.This paper takes the actual case of multi-story masonry structure with seismic isolation as the research object with SAP2000 finite element software to do numerical simulation analysis.The research mainly covers the following points:1.The present situation of existing seismic isolation technology of masonry structure is introduced.The principle of seismic isolation method,the classification of technology and the application of isolation technology in masonry structure are expounded,and the engineering examples are introduced with details.2.Based on specific engineering examples of the use of a floor of the lower part of the building isolation,the whole model of the isolated structure,the equivalent frame model and the surface section model are established by using SAP2000 finite element software for the concrete layer of the floor.Established models of the structure of the original structure and the basis of isolation layout were also were compared.3.The modal analysis of the structural plane section model in the three cases was carried out,and the basic performance parameters are provided for the structure.The response spectrum analysis of the three models was selected by the representative nodes.It was found that the displacement of the nodes was increased and the displacement of the nodes in the base isolation was larger.4.The dynamic time-history analysis of the three structures was carried out.The displacement response,the acceleration response and the shear force of the base were compared and the three structures were analyzed by the response spectrum analysis method.The equivalent frame model was subjected to static elasto-plastic analysis,and the results of the three analyzes were compared.The results show that the seismic capacity of the structure can not meet the requirements when the structure is not isolated.After the isolation,the seismic capacity of the structure is improved,and the seismic isolation structure and the base isolation structure of the first floor are greatly improved The structure of the seismic mode is not very different in the reaction analysis,which proves that the method is applicable to the isolation structure and the result is similar.Thus these results provide a new way of isolation layout reference for the age which is not easy to do the base isolation of the multi-storey masonry structure.
