Inner Mongolia hetaoguan area's channel concrete was destroyed seriously,caused low channel water delivery rate,and dominate problems of serious water resources waste.In order to solve this problem,it involved new materials of mold bag concrete as lining in recent years,for further improve function of mold bag concrete,the article adopted internal mixing method design double admixtures to replace cement,through macroscopic mechanics func-tion,it got the best proportion of double mixture mold bag concrete,which provided theo-retical basis for engineer design and construction of canal lining project of concrete bag concrete.Main research contents and fruits are as follow:(1)The result of macroscopic mechanics test indicated that,incorporation of silica fume and fly ash make primary compressive strength of concrete decreased,but tensile strength strengthened obviously.Make freeze-thaw cycle test to the highest value of compressive strength group for 28d in mixing concrete,the test result indicated that the best proportion of frost resistance is FA10S8 and FA20S4.(2)Pore structure test verification indicated that pore structure and concrete mechanical property has firm connection with durability,mixing materials will change relations of pore structure and its function in normal concrete.(3)Adopts gray relation analysis in gray system theory and GM model researched test data,analyze main factors which affect concrete intensity and durability in pore structure parameter,use GM model to establish predictive model of pore structure parameter's effects to concrete compressive strength intensity.This paper relies on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region water conservancy scien-tific research project "Hetao irrigation area concrete lining with the optimization and con-struction technology application research(NSK2016-S11)" independent completion.
